This tool lists all existing B2B routes for a partner, given the partner's name.
The tool resolves the partner ID from the cached profiles or the Partner Manager API, then returns each route's routeId, name, direction, status, and last-deployed timestamp.
Use this tool to find a routeId when the user wants to review or deploy an existing route rather than create a new one.
